FAQS

What types of pets do you groom?
We specialize in grooming dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.
We have two locations to serve you in Bountiful and Salt Lake City. You can book online or call the store you want to book at directly.

We will accept walk-ins if possible, but due to the limited number of appointments and the time it takes to groom your pet, we highly encourage you make an appointment online.

Grooming time depends on many factors: the breed of pet, their coat condition and the type of style you want are just a few. Your groomer can estimate the time needed when they see your pet.

For the safety and comfort of all pets, we ask owners to wait outside or return when their pet is ready.

That depends on the type/condition of your pet’s coat but a general time frame is anywhere between 4 and 8 weeks. Many people have their pet groomed every other week or even every week.

Our standard grooming package includes a bath, blow-dry, brushing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and a haircut (if applicable).

No, we do not sedate the animals. If your pet is prone to stress or aggression, then you may need to have your pet sedated and groomed by a veterinarian. Your veterinarian may be able to prescribe something so we may move forward with grooming your pet.

Our professional groomers use gentle handling techniques, and we monitor all pets closely to ensure their safety and comfort.
Let us know in advance! We have experience handling nervous pets and can make accommodations for their comfort.
We do teeth brushing and breath freshening treatments. If your pet has a great deal of plaque on their teeth and your pet’s gums are red and irritated, then you may need to take your pet to a veterinarian.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service to fit within our schedule.
